Very unfriendly stuff & of course the service!! I went there today afternoon. I don’t know but the service was very poor.

The Asian lady was so unfriendly and unprofessional, didn’t even wait until I ordered my drink and just started sewing something in the shop at the corner and didn’t wait until I ordered my drink…. Never had a service like that.

The cappuccino what I have ordered was not good at all for the price….

I am a berliner and won’t recommend this cafe. There are way more nice cafes with good service over there.

Wandered around looking for a place to do some writing on a Sunday afternoon, and Ketori welcomed me in, with an 'of course you can' after checking their laptop policy. I attribute those 4000 words to two perfect flat whites and a nutty pastry!

The coffee is excellent (they roast their own, and yes, you can buy beans), the seating sufficient and moveable dependent upon group size (to some extent), the patrons are friendly. On Sunday, there was just one person on staff, and he needed our cups back to serve us again, but honestly, it was no big deal.

Power plugs running along the ceiling with cords coming down. Old dark wooden floor boards. The coffee station is an island 🏝️ in the middle of the place with low tables and chairs surrounding it. We had out best coffee in Berlin here. Great friendly service - really good coffee (cappuccino, hot chocolate, chai, iced latte - all approved by kids and adults alike). The inside is ... :-D ...well go look. Thanks for great coffee - you are now on the mind map (and our google map) and we will be back :-D Bonus! You can enjoy a blessing of unicorns nearby (by roy_draws ... follow that account on insta for more unicorns).

This gentleman deserves 10 million stars, honestly. After desperately looking for some kombucha WITHOUT added carbonation in Berlin, I was about to give up. Then I found this place. The kombucha is homemade. No added gas. I drank it outside on their terrace. It was absolutely delicious. And they are open on a Sunday at 9am. What else can you ask. I would go there every single day if I lived in Berlin!!!!

This gentleman deserves 10 million stars, honestly. After desperately looking for some kombucha WITHOUT added carbonation in Berlin, I was about to give up. Then I found this place. The kombucha is homemade. No added gas. I drank it outside on their terrace. It was absolutely delicious. And they are open on a Sunday at 9am. What else can you ask. I would go there every single day if I lived in Berlin!!!!
