Atlas Café — Restaurant in Berlin

I recently had lunch at a restaurant and unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. I ordered a vegetable quiche, which took around 30 minutes to be served, even though it seemed to have been sitting in the display window the whole time. Despite reminding the staff twice, the service was slow. Additionally, one of the waitresses was extremely rude to me. Moreover, the quality of the food was subpar, and it seemed like it had been sitting there for a couple of days. To make matters worse, the prices were quite high for the low-quality food and the overall trashy service. I would not recommend this place due to the poor food quality and service. I used to go often with my friends to enjoy their food, their coffee and environment for a year at least. Unfortunately, ladt time I was there they gad a new weiter which was very disappointing, unprofessional and childish, when I showed him that in the plate that he recommended me, I found a piece of plastic!!! I mean, this things can happen. But it blew my mind when I asked him if he had informed the kitchen about this, and he felt offended by my approach to the situation ......hahahahaah. And on top of that, tried to turn the situation around making me look as I was impulsive, disrespectful and out of place. I mean, I work in hospitality as well.....so I think I know how to approach situations like this one. As long as he is there, I will not go back. But hey! Maybe you are lucky and he will not be...

I never leave bad reviews but this was an exception.

Ordered coffees and two sandwiches. Waited 45 minutes and still no food despite seeing other customers who arrived later receive their food. Asked the waitress who responded rudely “oh I thought you already got yours”

Then waited another 30 mins and my husband had to cancel the order. At this point it had been almost 1.5 hours since we ordered. The kitchen staff yelled at him saying they only got the order 10 mins ago.

Meanwhile the waitress who messed up our food order sat and ate her lunch right next to us and said nothing when the kitchen staff got angry at us for canceling the order.
