Very friendly staff and nice café, with plenty of room outside and inside to chat, work or just be. I had a golden milk and acaí bowl, which were pretty good. The golden milk could have had a bit more spice for my taste, it felt a bit watery but still a solid 3/5. I had never had it with almond milk before, so it might be because of that. The acaí bowl portion and tastewise war really good! Not too many toppings, so it felt like a good healthy proportion. We ordered 2 coffees, 2 food dishes (toast with avocado, tomatoes, poached eggs & pancakes with fruits) and waited 35 and 50 minutes for each dish to arrive. We were just about to leave and ask for a refund when the second dish finally came. The waiters were polite but when the food finally arrived after 50 minutes they were not at all trying to hurry or acknowledging the fact that it had took so long. There were only at most 2 other tables before us and they had already gotten their food. Two other tables arrived shortly after us and by the time we left they were still waiting for their dishes. After a few months without going to brocca for having a bad experience, we came back again today to be one more time disappointed. A simple bread dish took at least 30 minutes to arrive and for the 3rd time that they confirmed there was gluten free bread they brought normal bread instead, making us wait again for the dish to arrive with the GF bread. The service seems not be attentive of a dietary request that has direct impact in our health (one time my partner even ate the bread thinking it was gluten free to discover it wasn’t after) the staff seems not to be even apologetic which is a shame as we really enjoyed the place but won’t be coming back after another...
