Really really good baklava, but what on earth is going with the service?!
The young lady on service duty is terribly unfriendly. First she bluntly said it is 1/2kg box with a disgusted look on her face like one couldn’t afford to purchase the order given: 2 takeaway coffee and one little box baklava, please!
Once packaged, i enquired for the two coffees to take away, she rudely than told me “erst bezahlen“!!!
I asked how much it is than, she responded 19,50€. Although I gave her a 20€ note, she didn’t even bother to give back any change. Than proceeded to make the coffees.
It’s not about the change so much, but rather about how you treated your customers. If you are afraid of not getting paid than you shouldn’t open a restaurant I guess.

The staff are polite and friendly. It looks like a family run establishment. They are almost always full, irrespective of time is year or season.
It is predominantly filled with Turkish or Arabic people of all ages, groups of young people, families and want-to-be-gangster looking people with fancy cars.
The atmosphere however always seems pleasant and chilled and people are respectful of others.

Usually the gentleman who serves is the best but during the day the lady was not even looking around to catch orders and needs. We gave up and started playing cards in the meantime and they came to warn that it is forbidden to play cards.
