Café Libre Berlin — Restaurant in Berlin

Well this cafe owner has no whatsoever humanity . I asked water for my dog, she responded rudely and said that her cafe is not for public service and I have to be a customer if I want to get water. I don’t mind she doesn’t want to give the water , but the way she responded was unbelievable. I have been to this cafe 2 times in the past , but now I wouldn’t go there. I found this small coffee place by chance. Sisters Margarita and Victoria, the owners, are extremely friendly and welcoming. Coffee is great and there are nice sandwiches, besides croissants and more. The name pays tribute to the freedom we can experience now in the area where the Berlin Wall used to be. I came for the focaccia (which had good reviews) but ended up eating a piece of tortilla. I don't regret my choice. It was excellent. I will definitely come back to try the focaccia. I loved the service too.
