Burgermeister Konstanzer — Restaurant in Berlin

We ordered food for four of us for delivery. Seeing as the food was marked up due to delivery and just a general increase in prices, it was very disappointing that every box of fries were old and rubbery. Not very good at all. It was especially disappointing knowing that in the past we have gotten much better quality from other locations. Money is hard earned, so it leaves a really bad taste when you pay a mark up to receive poor quality food. I will not be recommending this to friends or ordering from here again...

I’ve been a regular customer here, both dining in and ordering delivery — the burgers are really good! But I do wish they’d update the menu or at least bring back my favorite vegan burger — it was great. Also, there’s nowhere to sit, which is inconvenient, and it’s a bit shocking that you have to pay extra for basic sauces like...

Ideally I’d say 4.5 stars out of 5. I’ve already rated several Burgermeister locations and still think it’s the overall best burger chain in Berlin, hands down.
