Café Bravo — Restaurant in Berlin

We waited for ages but nobody came to our table. Inside there is a sign saying you have to wait for the service to come to your table. If you follow up on this, you might wait for the rest of your life. We went inside to ask if somebody can come. We got some death stares from the people working there, but at least somebody came. The waitress was this arrogant artsy type who still thinks that it's cool to not show any expression. She slided trough the place like a goth zombie who hates existing. I mean, it's quite annoying when waitresses are having this extreme cultivated happiness, but this cultivated depression-look is probably even worse. Anyway it was so cliché that it was funny, so one star for that.

Btw, reading the reviews, I see many comments about the rude and incredibly slow and inattentive service. I don't get why you as an owner wouldn't do something about it. I...

I sat in a café with a friend yesterday for a while. I ordered a bubbly mineral water, which was ice-cold and refreshing. When I was about to leave, I still had more than half a bottle left, so I walked up to the counter and handed an old plastic Coca-Cola bottle that I had brought with me to a female staff member. I asked her to pour out the tap water that I had filled it with at home. Although she seemed a bit surprised by my strange request at first, she was still considerate and kind enough to do it for me. I returned to my seat and was about to pour the remaining mineral water into the empty Coca-Cola bottle when a smiling male staff member quickly walked over and handed me a funnel that they used at the counter! Oh my god! That was really thoughtful! 😂👍 At that time, there were quite a few customers in the café, and despite everything being taken care of in an orderly manner, they still managed to take care of me, a strange customer! I give this lovely gallery café a big thumbs up! 💚👍💚

Gestern saß ich eine Weile mit einem Freund in einem Café. Ich bestellte ein sprudelndes Mineralwasser, das eiskalt und erfrischend war. Als ich gehen wollte, hatte ich noch mehr als die Hälfte einer Flasche übrig. Ich ging zum Tresen und gab einer weiblichen Mitarbeiterin eine alte Plastikflasche von Coca-Cola, die ich bei mir hatte. Ich bat sie, das Leitungswasser auszuschütten, das ich zu Hause eingefüllt hatte. Obwohl sie von meinem seltsamen Wunsch zunächst etwas überrascht zu sein schien, war sie dennoch rücksichtsvoll und freundlich genug, es für mich zu tun. Ich kehrte zu meinem Platz zurück und wollte das restliche Mineralwasser in die leere Coca-Cola-Flasche gießen, als ein lächelnder männlicher Mitarbeiter schnell herüberkam und mir einen Trichter reichte, den sie am Tresen benutzten! Oh mein Gott! Das war wirklich aufmerksam! 😂👍 Zu dieser Zeit waren ziemlich viele Kunden im Café, und obwohl alles ordentlich erledigt wurde, schafften sie es immer noch, sich um mich als seltsamen Kunden zu kümmern! Ich gebe diesem schönen Galeriecafé einen großen Daumen hoch!...
