Updating my review because since then I've visited a number of times for drink and food, and to accommodate for the owner's response:
Coffee is now 1.30 (and not 80 cents as the owner mentions).
Also the food is not good and I would not recommend. They definitely did not account for people visiting the library every day and having to eat there, because most of the menu every day is pasta 🥴 which costs 6.50 EUR, is usually cold and only the topic is a bit hot. They also offer small portions of soup for 5 EUR and 1 or 2 dishes with meat / day which cost 8.50 or 9 EUR.
The coffee is decent given the price (I think the cheapest option is close to 1 euro) but everything else is super expensive. I paid 2.50 for a really small apple strudel. Definitely not...
