I had a fantastic experience ordering and designing my wedding flowers at this shop today (actual arrangements not produced yet). The service was beyond amazing: so attentive and creative... And if you are looking for a florist which stocks beautiful flowers AND has intersting and exciting materials like dried flowers, exotics, feathers, etc... this is the place for you too. There are few service providers in Berlin THIS friendly to deal with. I sometimes make floral arrangements myself... but the price for me to order here was nearly the same as if I were doing the work myself! I recently had the pleasure of working with the Blossom Berlin team for my wedding flowers, and I couldn’t be happier with their service and the stunning floral arrangements they created. From the very first consultation, Mrs. Hense demonstrated incredible professionalism and creativity and was extremely friendly. Absolut unzuverlässig - Finger weg!

Meine Frau und ich wollten uns hier die Floristik für unsere Hochzeit machen lassen. Das erste Gespräch war auch sehr gut. Die Mitarbeiterin hat sich Zeit genommen und unsere Wünsche notiert. Das Angebot sollte per E-Mail zugehen. Als auch nach 2 Wochen nichts kam, sagte man uns auf telefonische Nachfrage, dass der Zettel mit den Notizen verlegt und nicht mehr auffindbar sei. Also nochmals alles per Mail geschrieben, dann kam das Angebot.

Im Anschluss hatten wir noch kleine Änderungswünsche, die wir mitgeteilt haben. Auf ein aktualisiertes Angebot warteten wir vergebens. Nach mehrmaligen telefonischen Nachfragen (sofern man denn mal jemanden erreicht hat) hieß es immer wieder „das Angebot kommt…“. Bis heute, 8 Wochen später (!!) keine Spur des Angebots. Wir haben uns mittlerweile natürlich für einen anderen Anbieter entschieden.

Absolut unzuverlässiges Geschäft, wer seine Floristik für Hochzeit oder ein anderes Event hier plant, scheint verloren und riskiert am Ende mit leeren Händen da zu stehen. Absolut nicht...
