This place used to be my favorite authentic Italian coffee place, the Barista used to be so experienced, passionate, and make us Shakerato in Summer. but last week when I ordered an "Iced Latte Macchiato" and got charged for 4.5 euro, in return I got a black coffee with ice cube and the young "Barista" asked if I want to add milk in my suppose-to-be Iced "Latte" Macchiato(???), I explained this is not what I order and the "Barista" argued me about warm milk will melt the ice (???), act as if I never order Iced Latte Macchiato in other places in my life. After he even changed his version and blame to his manager said I ordered an ice coffee. And the staff discussed in front of me in Italian makes me feel I am the one doing wrong. Is not about the money or coffee quality, is the inexperience work skills and not owning their mistake that's really disappointing. I hope they can get better training for their staff...

Each visit we would wait for a very long time to get a cup of coffee, multiple times our order was forgotten, and we had to ask several times to get the table cleaned from the previous guests. The 3 people working at the place are doing their best, but 2 of them are kids that need to wash the dishes, cut cheese and fruits, make coffee and serve the tables... No wonder they...
