Good food, as you can see we ordered croissants and coffee. The biggest problem is on the service organization, just two attenders for the entire place is almost caotic even they trying to do their best.

Quick ideias: You are having problems identifying customers and orders: It is impossible for the attendant to memorize everything, which causes several times to look for the customer who owns the dish while the dish is stopped on the counter. You can adopt numbers in the tables or ask for the customer's name at the time of service.

The flow of service is poorly optimized: the attendants have to go around the entire room to reach the kitchen and remove a plate. this causes intense flow and wear, the worktop could have an exit next to the kitchen or an attendant could stay fixed taking care of the lounge, kitchen while another stays inside the worktop for...

Well… to be fair, the coffee is - in contrast to many wanna-be high-quality cafes in Berlin - quite well roasted which makes it exceptionally aromatic.

However, with 8€ for a large (?!) latte macchiato it’s the (unreasonably) most expensive I‘ve had in Berlin so far. And then there‘s the horrific setting: super loud, noisy and hectic surrounding, and unfortunately the inside is similarly unwelcoming which just makes it really hard to fully enjoy the coffee experience. Almost none vegan food options is another minus point for me.

Therefore, my unvarnished conclusion: Rather a place for stressed yuppies than for real coffee...
