Chef Steak Tantuni — Restaurant in Berlin

This is now the third Tantuni restaurant on my Berlin radar. After decades of the Anatolian delicacy being guarded by Mersin families in exile in Cologne like the recipe for Coca-Cola, the snack is now spreading. There are two restaurants directly across the street in Neukölln alone. It's warm and friendly here, with the charm of a typical Neukölln snack bar. Ausgezeichnete Tantuni-Erfahrung in Berlin – ein echter Geheimtipp!

Ich habe vor etwa 15 Minuten bei Chef Steak Tantuni ein Tantuni im Tandırbrot mit Ayran gegessen – und war wirklich positiv überrascht. Das Tantuni war äußerst lecker: Die Füllung war reichhaltig, das Tandırbrot war frisch, warm und perfekt auf den Punkt. Besonders beeindruckt haben mich die großzügigen, knackigen weißen Rettichscheiben und der fein geschnittene, sehr frische Karaman-Kohl. Ein Hauch frischer Petersilie rundete das Ganze geschmacklich wunderbar ab.

Der Ayran war ebenso hervorragend – angenehm salzig, gut gekühlt (was in Berlin selten ist) und von perfekter Konsistenz, auch wenn er einen Hauch dickflüssiger sein dürfte. Insgesamt ein echtes Geschmackserlebnis.

Das Personal war freundlich, aufmerksam und strahlte Stärke und Gastfreundschaft aus. Besonders lobenswert war die Geste, mir aktiv einen kostenlosen Tee anzubieten – ein Detail, das Wertschätzung und Servicekultur widerspiegelt.

Einziger kleiner Hinweis: Die unmittelbare Umgebung kann aufgrund der U-Bahn-Lage etwas unruhig wirken, aber sobald man drinnen ist, zählt nur noch der Geschmack des Meisters und die ehrliche Herzlichkeit des Teams.
