One of the best place with Indian and Pakistani food I have ever been to!

Things I recommend trying: Lassi - very common Indian drink, that you have probably already tried somewhere else, but here it is done really well Tandoori - is a plate of grilled food, usually meat or fish. Get a set and try different things at once to find the one you will enjoy the most. You will be surprised, that's for sure Thaly - good for when you want to try many different things at once. You are served with 3 different dishes, depending on a set you choose. I've tried Punjabi Thali and it was good Chai - even if it is warm outside, you should have some Chai to feel, like you have actually come to the Southern Asia

We live a few streets away from here and we're very happy about that! Since moving to Berlin we'd really been struggling to find a good place for Indian/Pakistani food (we got spoilt living in the UK) but this is 100% the best place - we've tried about 5 other different Indian places but we will always go back to this one now. The food was incredible - we had spinach daal, prawn curry, and paneer tikka, and they were all awesome (the tikka was especially amazing - so sizzling!). The rice and naan that comes with the dishes is complimentary and very generous. We also received complimentary poppadoms and chutneys to start, and a free digestif to end the meal. I bought a prepaid voucher through Groupon for 2. Though the owner is a friend but the moment I told the waiter that I have paid through Groupon, his behavior changed like we were a lower class customers and he brought us a cheaply printed menu in a plastic cover (like a low cast). He also complained that „he“ had to pay double because we had changed the reservation 😡. I wonder why do they offer coupons through Groupon when they can’t treat the customers equally respectful. The description on the menu was different than the main menu card. The owner’s brother said it was an error from Groupon but they never checked it before. I have visited this restaurant before but the food was not the same. I wonder if it was because we were Groupon customers or the Chef has been changed. It was not a Pakistani good anymore.
