Read moreVisited here last Saturday and was having a lovely time, great atmosphere. Problem started when we came to pay. My husband had already paid for the first 2 drinks we had as we were not sure how long we were staying for. So when the guy behind the counter tried to charge us again for these drinks we corrected them. With this around 3 more guys who worked here started being aggressive towards us ( im 5ft 2 and 8 stone wet through) shouting at us to give them the f&*$ing money. This was all in full sight of every customer. Then the manager arrived so I thought things might get sorted, how wrong was I. All he kept saying was pay the money, no chance I was paying twice for drinks. Then I was told to get the f %%k out of their shop which I gladly did. 3 men then proceeded to follow me and my husband out of the shop, very intimidating men. My husband gave them 10 euros just so they would go away and they threw it on the floor. All I can say is they should be ashamed of themselves treating people like that. They wouldn't let us get our point across, instead they used bully boy tactics and ganged up on us 5-2, very disappointed, no manager should allow his staff to talk to...

We have ordered the most expensive champagne shisha, but it felt poor quality, the regular one I had a time before was much cheaper and way better. I was not able to use the toilet because of the disgusting smell and then the smell started to spread around (we sat near the toilet) the place and we...
