Cocina Café — Restaurant in Berlin

The lady that was there was so rude. I asked her if she had an American filtered coffee, and she couldn't understand English, so she brought to empty cups and said aggressively BIG OR SMAL! I I replied politely small but do you have American coffee? She asked the same question again with more attitude, I answered okay small she went to the exprso machine and started to give me a different coffee. I told her I'm sorry, that's not American! She put the cups down, angry, and she told BYE BYE as if she's kicking me out , and that's what i did.

Just to whom ever is in charge: your cafe is infront a lovely crowded hostel full of foreigners so expect we will have clients that don't speak English and kicking them out like this is so harmful for your business and especially if its so rude like that , you could have easily said NO or I don't have it or at least expressed that you can't communicate politely with a smile. But aggressively saying BYE BYE to the clint while he is asking for his order is so strange , luckily I have found another cafe few steps away and they have all type of coffee and most importantly they had respect to...

Der Halumi-Teller... der Milchreis..... allein dafür lohnt sich der Besuch. Und die Inhaberin ist seit langem das strahlendste Gesicht, was man sehen kann!

Nachtrag zwei Monate später: Und wenn man mal zu spät dran ist (weil das Meeting mal wieder länger gedauert hat), kann es sein, dass man einen Extra-Wrap - persönlich zusammengestellt von der Inhaberin - erhält, den es sonst gar nicht zu kaufen gibt. :) Übrigens, der neue Käsekuchen (neben dem New York Cheesecake) ist auch 'ne Wucht! Und das Strahlen der Inhaberin, wenn man den Laden betritt - unbezahlbar! Wer da nicht mit einem sonnigen Gefühl den Laden verlässt und den Tag bestreitet, dem ist nicht zu helfen..... mir jedenfalls rettet es jeden Tag, den ich dort bin, eben jenen solchen,...
