Holzmarkt Pampa — Restaurant in Berlin

I have mixed feelings about this site. I like the location and the "urban" atmosphere. That's why I invited a group of friends from my youth with whom we met after many years in Berlin. The place seemed perfect to me, central, open air, good atmosphere. We were about 15 people, drank at least three beers each and ate at the various food stalls on the location for at least four or five hours of conviviality and friendship. BUT I must say that my experience was ruined by a single bartender at the main beer bar. When ordering another round of beers, I asked him for a token for the Pfand deposit for an extra glass, that is one euro per glass and a token with which you get your money back when you return it. This guy with a beard and slicked back hair was quite rude to me yelling at me that he had already given me a token, he looked grumpy and that he doesn't like his job, in fact the line was very short at the time. I paid no attention to him. After a while I went back for another round of beers and when I got to this guy he told me very aggressively "Alles klar? warum guckst du mich so an? I told him I just wanted the beers. For a long time I kept thinking about this jerk's attitude and he really ruined a good time with my friends. I went back for another round of beers and saw his gaze fixed on me as I stood in line. When I got to the bar I told him that I have nothing against him, that I obviously have to look at him since he is at the bar and I have to order the beers from him. Then the guy asked me aggressively "So you're saying it's not your fault it's mine" I said yes and he said "Excuse me" in a derogatory manner. I work with many clients, I have worked in clubs, bars, festivals and I have never seen someone take the right to humiliate another person for a one euro token.
