Com A Sushi & Asia Grill — Restaurant in Berlin

A decent place to come for lunch. I had chicken curry with a coconut milk chicken soup starter and my friend had a seafood bowl with tofu summer roll starter. For under 9€, it’s a generous amount of food. The quality of the chicken was very good, although the seafood wasn’t so fresh tasting. The server was very nice but somewhat inexperienced - kept pacing back and forth constantly, which made us feel a bit uneasy. Also, when I asked what kinds of whiskey they had, she seemed to not know what I was talking about, literally; basically all the hard liquor was the same for her, which probably means she doesn’t drink much - good for her, of course, but she really should know these things, especially in a place that...

FRESH, DELICIOUS, INTERESTING & DECENT PRICES

What a pleasant surprise to find such a simple and good modern asian restaurant in the heart of the trendy Kotti Kiez (Kreuzberg / Oranienstraße).

• The SUSHI was incredibly FRESH • The Sommer Rollen with Hähnchen (chicken) were big and TASTY • The HAUPTGERICHT (main dish) - PHO TRON (see pic) was absolutely big and especially PERFECT

Prices: • 5 € - for the 2 big Sommer Rollen (Reis Papier Rollen) • 9.5 € - for the main giant dish: Pho Tron (with chicken)

A lovely lunch on a Sunday afternoon. The location is central in Kreuzberg and easy to find/reach. The dishes are prepared in a very professional and "tasty" way, means the presentation is great!!! The various dishes tasted all well and had some different character. Unfortunately, the service was weak. The lady serving us was not too happy and did not comment anything, like "please, thanks, etc.". Too bad for such a promising place. Therefore only 3 stars.
