Kreuzburger — Restaurant in Berlin

I ordered a basic cheeseburger (100g), as I always do when eating at a burger restaurant for the first time, and I found the burger acceptable. It had good flavor, but was nothing special. They put an orange sauce of some sort on it, which I was not a huge fan of. I feel that on a basic burger only ketchup and mustard should be used. I also ordered fries, which again, were only acceptable. The food was, however very well presented on the plate. One thing that I was surprised by was that the ketchup and mayonnaise were self-serve, which you don't often find in Germany. As for the staff, the man behind the count wasn't particularly friendly, but he was in no way rude or disrespectful. My food was also prepared very quickly and cooked perfectly (he did not ask how I liked my meat to be prepared). Overall, for €6.20, I think the quality...

Disappointed :/ I got a recommendation from a guide and I have spent 20 mins on my way to get here + 10 mins for ATM issues (no cards in the place).

I have ordered the food without paying extra attention on the different possibilities (no one asked anything at the counter) At the end, I got a burger with almost with no meat…

They explain, that 100 g (basic version) is like that … It is almost moot to be felt in the burger. I couldn’t know that. Just wasted money (12€ for a burger, fries and a drink), MacDonalnds is doing the same style with 100g meat burgers.

I can not even call it average burger, since I have never had 100g beef burger...

REALLY BAD SERVICE. it happened to me already 4 times that i ordered burger without onions since im allergic. today went there again. said clearly that i want a burger WITHOUT onions and there again i got one with. when i said that this is not my order the worker got angry with me, just said that they alway do the burger with onions. i said that i want one without but she didnt even listen and just gave my money back. i told her that i came here to eat and already waited 10 min for it. she was really upset to make a new one. they all are slow, unfriendly and arrogant....
