Did not try the sushi, but was disappointed with other dishes

Food Quality: the starter was amazing. Really loved the freshly fried calamari. For the main, im not a fan of truffles, but still wanted to give a chance to the Argentinean steak with truffles (oil and fresh truffles) my feeling is that it ruins a beautiful piece of meat. That aside, the mashed potatoes was kinda gooey, which does not feel like that great quality, and in general the sauce and vegetables were just ok. The ceviche, not sure should be called this, as it barely had any fish in it. Looked and tasted more like an onion and radish salad with a piece of fish here and there. Dessert is also a good point of their menu and was a good way to end a rather disappointing main.

Portions: the size of the portions are very generous (at least with the main dishes)

Drinks: options are quite decent and no problems here.

Price: $$$ depending what you have, its ok for the quantities, but would expect a bit better quality of main dishes.

Service: very friendly. Sometimes a bit difficult to get their attention.

Atmosphere: the place is quite nice, nice mood lights and wall paintings.

Highlights: starter and dessert are very nice.

Food is good as is the service, what really let’s the place down is that they have zero focus on any element of COVID safety. We weren’t asked for any 2G or 3G confirmation when we were seated and we then sat there and watched table after table of people come in without a mask, go to the toilet without a mask etc. There was even a table of 6 that was walking around the restaurant taking photos for instagram (yes without masks). When I mentioned that we wouldn’t be returning because of this to our server, he told me he always checks if people are vaccinated. Wir haben uns hier zu einem gemütlichen Abendessen getroffen.

Standort: Direkt beim Savignyplatz. Sehr gut per Bahn zu erreichen und auch sofort sichtbar als Restaurant zu erkennen. Parken ist auch möglich aber wie überall in Berlin vermutlich relativ schwer einen Parkplatz zu finden.

Atmosphäre: Es war ganz leer (wir waren gegen 17:30 Uhr da) an einem Donnerstagabend. Leise Musik begleitete unsere Gespräche, was ich sehr angenehm fand. Auch die Beleuchtung war nicht aufdringlich und sehr gemütlich. Ebenso die Inneneinrichtung - ansprechend. Alles war sauber und ordentlich.

Essen: Es gab eine wirklich gute Auswahl an Gerichten von Vorspeisen, Hauptmahlzeiten wie Bowls und diverse Sushi Menüs bis hin zu ein paar Nachtischen. Auch die Auswahl der Getränke war recht groß (Lillet wild berry gab es leider nicht). Ich habe mich für eine Sushi Platte und einen Lava Cake entschieden. Beides, vor allem die Sushi Platte, waren sehr lecker! Hübsch angerichtet, wenn auch nicht zu einfallsreich. Unter einem Lava Cake hatte ich mir ein bisschen was anderes vorgestellt, es hat zwar gut geschmeckt, die "Schokolava" kam allerdings nicht zum Vorschein. Auch die Schnelligkeit des Servierens war absolut angemessen.

Personal: Ich kann hier wirklich von äußerst aufmerksamen Mitarbeiter*innen sprechen, die jederzeit da waren und nach unserem Wohlbefinden gefragt haben. Sie waren freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Preise: Das Sushi empfand ich als echt angemessen und gut vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, die Getränke allerdings relativ teuer. Vor allem die Gin Tonic Getränke schlugen mit 10€ zu Buche. Alles in allem haben wir für zwei Sushi Platten (15€ pro Stück) , eine Vorspeise und eine weitere, kleinere Sushi-Platte, zwei Gin Tonic Getränke, Cola und einen Aperol wie auch Ingwertee 113€ bezahlt.

Alles in allem habe ich mich hier sehr wohlgefühlt und kann das Restaurant definitiv empfehlen. Wir kommen...
