My Son Restaurant — Restaurant in Berlin

Let me start with this remark: This is a small warning for potential customers: We live in Berlin and know some very nice restaurants; still, we regularly try some new places. That is how we went to Myson a couple of days ago - we like and know well the Asian food. A very nice and friendly guy greeted us and showed us to our place and offered a very attentive service. We ate outside, the atmosphere quite appealing. And that was all what was appealing about that place! The rest, the food and the drinks were ok, not more, and we find such restaurant experiences acceptable. However, what we could NOT ACCEPT was what we experienced at the end. As mentioned, the food was pretty much standard: my Wok-meal was not really fresh (the salad) and the Wan tan soup was just ok, not really tasty. The drinks we ordered were also standard, but we could live with that all. However, what we absolutely could not accept was the behaviour of a girl who came to take the money. All the time smiling (looks like friendly), she charged more, without a word of explanation - and we paid, although a little bit perplexed, as the difference was not big. We asked for the bill (which was already printed from the credit card machine), but she ran inside with it saying she was bringing one. (?!) Only to appear some minutes later (we waited) with a receipt which then showed the original, actual price and, on the bottom, in small letters, the plus difference in the height of the tip which she had taken without asking, or without even pointing it out to us. Even at that moment, when she brought the receipt, she neither apologised nor explained but just handed the receipt to us and disappeared immediately.

Just like that!, it seems that she thought she could snaffle the money, hoping that we would not notice it (as the sum for the tip was less than 10 %). We did not want to make a fuss, so we just left - but we will NEVER...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this charming Vietnamese restaurant, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped in, I was captivated by the beautiful décor, which perfectly set the ambiance for an authentic dining experience.

However, what truly stole the show were the sushi offerings. While the restaurant primarily specializes in Vietnamese cuisine, their sushi menu was surprisingly diverse and incredibly delicious. Each piece was meticulously crafted, bursting with fresh flavors and expertly paired ingredients. Whether it was traditional rolls or innovative creations, every bite was a delight.

Not only was the food impeccable, but the service was also top-notch. The staff were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu, making the dining experience even more enjoyable.

Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience. Whether you're a fan of Vietnamese cuisine or simply love good sushi, this place has something for everyone. I can't wait to visit again and explore more of their tantalizing...

Really awful dining experience. Upon arriving my mum and I were thinking oh this will be lovely, the location, the menu. The initial impression was the only lovely thing. We ordered two starters and main dishes each. It took well over one hour before I had to ask where they could be? the tables around us where served way before us. They said it was a mix up, I get that it happens, then all the food arrives out 5 minutes later. Now I'm happy with food in front of me but this was just a joke, no apologies no customer service AT ALL. Then we were brought the wrong bill, It was just a shambles, and I must say the waiter was a bit rude and snappy also towards the end. Demanding we get cash, and withholding the change, we left a tip separate. Food was adequate. Much better dining experiences are to be had on...
