I had an extremely disappointing experience at the entrance of this place. The staff member at the door was unprofessional and rude, using inappropriate language toward me and my friends, which made us feel very uncomfortable.

When I mentioned that I’ve been a loyal customer for over 9 years and even had my first date with my partner here, his response was dismissive and offensive. He told me, quite explicitly, not to come back. This level of hostility is completely unacceptable.

I strongly believe that venues in Berlin should uphold a certain standard of respect and professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect that.

Unfortunately, I had an extremely negative experience recently that has completely changed my view for that place. Around 22:00, my friends and I were outside taking a few group photos — nothing loud or disruptive. A staff member came out and began shouting at us, saying we were disturbing the upstairs neighbors. When I politely explained how long I’ve supported the bar, he responded with aggressive language and treated us with open hostility.

This behavior was not only unprofessional but also hurtful, especially considering the history I have with this place. No guest should be spoken to or treated this way — ever.

The bar is nice but the 'silent' karaoke in the basement was one of the worst ideas I've encountered in this city. While it might be an attempt to minimize noise for the neighbors, it fails miserably because people still end up shouting. The only difference is that those without headphones hear no music, only people screaming, and the headphones themselves have a poor connection. Additionally, wearing headphones makes it impossible to interact with friends, as no one can hear each other.
