This is feedback to the most rude owner and most horrible experiences with her and NOT the baristas or coffee.
When I was pregnant I needed to use the restroom and the barista ‘allowed’ me to use their work restroom (thank you dear barista, I hope you were not fired afterwards by the owner). When I was leaving it, the owner came in to shame me for using a restroom that is for employees only. How in the world are there places allowed that serve FOOD and DRINKS and do not offer a toilet to clients!? Only in Berlin Today I came in with a buggy, two big steps up. Of course no one helps because it’s Berlin and no one cares. Anyway, I wait there for the owner to come, I ask her if she can take the coffee outside because I am with a buggy, a crying baby whom I couldn’t leave outside the Café and needed to take those horrible steps back with coffee and the buggy - meaning no coffee afterwards as it would all spill. But no, the owner again showed no empathy by not being able to step out for 5 seconds to pass a coffee to a mother with a crying baby in a buggy.

Read moreHow can this place be so highly rated is a mystery to me, I tried it just for the sake of curiosity. The staff is absolutely not empathetic they look at you as you bothered them while they we taking care of their own personal business, the service does not exist you need to take care of yourself and may be fight for a place that in the meantime was occupied by someone else who was faster than you, the caffè is acid leaving you with a terrible feeling in the mouth, funny is also the fact that espresso is served in a cappuccino cup. There is also this awful idea of this huge table where you are obliged to stay together with someone else who clearly does not want to stay with you. No more, I wanted to read a bit of my stuff I had to run away to find a...
Read moreI have to thank the waiter for being most nice and human and understanding. Food was nice, and I paid 10 Euros for a breakfast, and then I had to go to the toilet, which is a basic need for human beings especially when you are consuming something. The waiter was really nice explaining me that it's not for customers and he couldn't and since it was urgent he was about to let me go. The owner said in such a rough and unfriendly voice that it's not possible, so that I recommend to maybe serve robots for the future that don't need to go to the toilet. Really sad!!! Sad that restaurants are opened juts for the money and customers don't...
