Unfortunate Experience with Poor Service

I was excited to try this place, but I was deeply disappointed with the service we received. We arrived with the intention of enjoying a meal, but our experience was far from welcoming. The server clearly saw that we were ready to order, but instead chose to roll a cigarette, put up a "5-minute break" sign, and sat down to smoke for over ten minutes.

We waited patiently, giving her the benefit of the doubt. However, when she returned, she continued to ignore us, focusing on unloading glasses from the dishwasher instead. It was clear that serving us was not a priority, so we felt we had no choice but to leave.

I understand that everyone has off days, but this level of inattention and lack of professionalism is unacceptable in the service industry. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this place.

To clarify, we were standing at the window designated for orders. We weren't seated at a table, so there wasn't any confusion about the self-service aspect. The server was right in front of us, and her actions made it clear she was choosing not to attend to us.

I understand that sometimes there can be misunderstandings or off days, but this particular experience was unsettling and left us feeling unwelcome. I felt it was necessary to share our experience so that others are aware and so that you can potentially address any underlying issues.

They are clearly understaffed because people were running in the kitchen and if you count the queue + waiting time it took more than 60 min for 1 pizza. Also the pizza is flavorless, seemed like there was no seasoning at all. The place is nice

(Edit to reply your answer: I didn’t say you were slow, I said that the place is understaffed, people were working hard but it was just way too much for their capacity, maybe this place should consider hiring someone for prime time then. Tastes are different but every cook knows the importance of seasoning during the preparation. Yeah, I normally write reviews (good and bad) to help customers picking a place to eat and for people to improve their businesses but if even after reading mine and other comments saying the same thing, you just prefer to accept that we have different “tastes”, we are not a...

Well, 60-70 mins waiting for a pizza. I’m not sure if it’s worthy. I guess it’s a good place to practice your patience and mindfulness. For me it’s not working, so I drunk a lot of beers instead before the pizza arrived which kind of compensating it, but still a no if you ask me if I would come here again for such a long waiting time. Maybe it would be nice that they put a sign to inform people that pizza normally takes that long to be ready. In this case, I wouldn’t even order at the first place, but that’s life. Not everything is obvious at the first sight and you just need to learn it...
