There aren't that many options around this area that are good, so I've come about 6-7 times. It is very inconsistent. The beepers that they give you sometimes don't work, so I've waited notoriously long only to have them ask me what I ordered and redo it.

For to go orders, ALWAYS check your food, before you leave. When it comes to mistakes, they make a lot. And either don't catch it or don't care for take away orders, because who actually is going to go all the way back once it's discovered that they made a mistake. I always received the right type of meal (ie- quesadilla or burrito when that is what I ordered), but twice I have received the wrong meat, which I didn't realize until I got back to the office. At the point, my break was over and I didn't have time to go back to get it fixed.

This last time, my burrito was correct, but burnt to the crisp. It was also ready quite fast and rather cold when I got it. Seems to me that they waited for a takeaway order banking on the fact that the person wouldn't check until it was too late.

I'm someone who will give a place multiple chances, because everyone can have an off day every once in a while... But yeah, I think I'm done trying...

I ordered 2 identical vegan burritos. I was handed one veggie burrito and one vegan beef burrito - I was confused because I just ordered 2 of the same veggie burritos and so I asked if the vegan beef one is actually vegan. The young girl working there assured me it really is vegan and not to worry. Halfway through eating it I was sure it was real beef so I went in to ask. The owner confirmed it was indeed a beef burrito :/ She was apologetic but this sort of experience is enough for me to not want to come back.

I've had plenty of good experiences here and the food is pretty good, but today I had to take back my bowl because it had some dairy, which I'm allergic to.
