The Pho was on a whole new level of goodness. The broth had strong beef flavor along with the perfect combination of marrow fat. The noodles were cooked to perfection and the beef was very good. It is Hanoi style so expect less condiments. However, everything listed was in the soup. I absolutely loved this meal. My son had the Bo Que and I had a little order envy! I guess the good reviews are mainly because of the cheap drink prices… Because I can’t find many other good things to say about this place. The appetizers were lackluster to say the least, with greasy spring rolls and the saddest iceberg lettuce as a substitute for “salad”.
