Atmosphere: Outdoor seating and tables, some of which were not clean so this could be improved. It's located at the bustling intersection of Pappalalle and Raumerstraße so one should expect many dozens of passerbys and trams while eating. One orders inside at the counter and you get a beeping pager to acknowledge that your order is ready for pickup at the same self-serve counter you ordered from.

Beer was cold from a window cooler (self service beer) before or after reaching the counter.

Fries came out hot and crispy, yet tender inside. Self-serve ketchup and mayonnaise provided at the pickup counter--but it'snothing special.

The Burger : Bun was fluffy inside and held together nicely outside. I expected it not to hold everything together honestly and grabbed a fork. I didn't actually use the fork as it held together nicely throughout the burger-eating experience.

Fresh and crisp chopped lettuce, tomato slice, and a long pickle slice made the base veggie complement. Balancing out the act were mild sliced red onions and pineapple chunks that complemented the sandwich rather than over-powering it--a pleasant surprise. The supporting role of the melted cheese and the slice of bacon were a nice touch. The beef patty was well-done and lacked much character, yet still juicy and not dried out despite it being well-done.

Overall, I'd eat this again if I were in the neighborhood and wanted a burger and fries without much fanfare. However, I probably wouldn't make a special trip or go out of my way to make plans here. If the beef patty itself was slightly more flavorful and maybe not so well-done/cooked, it'd be an amazing burger. It's a decent...

Ordered 3 menus and spent 35€. We liked it except the buns, it crumbles immediately but the sauce was good. Fries was so crunchy.
