Staff could definitely have been friendlier. However the main issue is that the food is overpriced. Burger was cooked with some skill and tasty enough but at almost €7, tiny compared to the comparable offerings from other local spots for €5 (try the excellent wrap kiosk on Oranienplatz). Increasing the size by 50% would bring the burger in line with other Berlin "gourmet" fast food places charging similar prices. Feels commercial and complacent when there are so many friendly family businesses in the area where the staff take pride in their work. I was excited to visit this place but left feeling skimped both in flavor and quality. My order was quickly delivered even with a full house.
