Restaurant Merhaba — Restaurant in Berlin

The place was across the street from our hotel and we decided to check it, what a great finding it was. The atmosphere is very cozy, feels like home, with vintage piano, clock and a lot of plants. I ordered the trout and it was very tasty: fresh, beautifully seasoned, and cooked just right.

What we completely didn’t expect, is that it’s a family run restaurant. The family who runs the restaurant are incredibly kind and genuine. You can tell they put so much heart into what they do, from the food to the service.

What a hidden gem! We found this place by complete accident, and I’m so glad we did. It’s super cozy and has such a warm, welcoming vibe. The food was absolutely delicious—everything we ordered was great, but the lamb was next level. Cooked to perfection and full of flavor.

The best part, though, was the service. The family running the restaurant are some of the kindest people we’ve ever met. They truly go above and beyond to make you feel at home.

Delicious/ Lecker.

This has to be one of the best restaurants I have been to. The environment, the service and the food/drink were exceptional.

Vegan/vegetarian food available with clear lists of allergens shown which makes life very easy. It is without a doubt the most child friendly restaurants I have been to, with books available and also a willingness by the staff to adapt for children.
