Saiko Sushi Bar Prenzlauer — Restaurant in Berlin

Yo, I’ve had sushi in Tokyo and back home in New York, but this spot in Berlin blew my mind. The fish is insanely fresh — like, melt-in-your-mouth fresh. You can tell they use top-shelf stuff and actually care about what they serve.

I even asked the owner where they get their fish from ‘cause the quality is next level. The place is super clean, chill vibes, and every bite feels like Tokyo energy right here in Berlin.

Didn’t think I’d find sushi this legit outside Japan or NYC — respect to the chef, you guys...

Great experience. Just did a pickup order but the dude was super friendly. After waiting for a bit, I got the order and walked off. 3 blocks down the guy from the counter catches up to me and tells me that I forgot the spring rolls. Haha.
