This place is very VEGAN friendly, with soy milk options and vegan breakfast. I was at this cafe today and asked the barista if I could use Neo Taste (basically buy 1 coffee get 1 free) she said yes and I asked her if I could get the 2nd one later and she said ok. I wanted to get my free coffee 20 minutes before closing time (I wanted to get it to go and leave so she would even have time for the shop to close) and she said she turned off the coffee machine already and didn't even inform me about it even though I was the only customer.

I don't mean to sound brutal or anything but she didn't even try to make it up to me, I just don't think...

Rudest welcome I've ever gotten. I felt utterly humiliated because the owner shutdown my attempt at ordering in German as she deemed not good enough.

I literally got told "well, not good enough" after pitifully trying to salvage the interaction by saying "I tried my best".
