Street Kitchen — Restaurant in Berlin

This is my usual pho place. Most of the time the service is really good and the lady at the counter is very nice and welcoming too. I come at least once a week to eat here for those reasons. However, would have to mention that the quality of the food really fluctuates a lot depending on the server who makes the soup. For instance, today I got a soup that is made by a short dude with pimples/uneven skin on his face and the quality was quite disappointing. It had 1/2 of the usual quantity, the meat in the soup had weird green specks on them(as if they had expired) and the taste was quite below the average with much less veggies in it resulting in incredibly bland flavor. Was quite surprised to see such a big difference as logically the quality of the food really shouldn't change depending on who makes it. Or maybe this dude should stop making pho as obviously he is not talented in doing that job. It's really a pity because I used to come here a lot and really like the food and the people working there in general, however not sure if I am going to continue coming here and risk this dude making my pho again. I probably would have to look for a new pho...

Food is very tasty, chicken, noodles or rice. Very fast service and comfortable seating. Prices are very low and as it's located at the entry point of the mall, it's generally crowded so you may have to wait for seats. People who are serving, I am not quite sure if they speak in Chinese or in German because I didn't understand most of the time. Although we don’t speak German the staff member who served us understood our initial order easily and repeated it back to us. However a follow up question from her resulted in some confusion to us and she because rude and look at us with contempt.
