I ordered on Liferndo, checked all the allergies carefully because I suffer from Celiac disease, I also added a comment to everything I ordered "gluten frei bitte". Everything came coveren in soy sauce or tempura which I didn't ask for, has gluten that could cause me the stomach ache of my.life and also lead to intestinal cancer that would kill me. So I didn't eat anything, it is all in the trash and I hope I get my.money back. You work with food, you should be responsible and not just add whatever ypu feel like without warning and ignoring your customers request. Ordered via app. Order never arrived and the staff was dishonest.

Placed order at 7:54.

Restaurant is 8 minutes away by car.

App told me it'd arrive in 29 minutes.

45 minutes later, I call the restaurant. They tell me it's on the way.

Another 25 minutes later, I call again. They tell me the driver is stuck in traffic. It's 9pm on a Tuesday. I check Google maps and there is no traffic between their restaurant and my house.

I call them again, telling them that I checked Maps and that there is no traffic. They started making one excuse after another, saying it's a new driver that they have a bad relationship with.

Like many others here, I ordered the food for lunch and after 1 hour 30 mins later I still didn't receive my order so I contacted DiscoEat support, they said that it is on its way, it was just a bit late. Half an hour later when I'm writing this review, I still didn't receive my order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU ARE REALLY HUNGRY. You never know if your food will arrive on time (or will arrive at all). P.S. I contacted DiscoEats again and asked to cancelled the order, they cancelled it immediately and refund me the full amount which I'm happy about it, but they should really consider continuing to working with...
