Well, there are lots of mistakes on a single shot. Once we called for reservation, they said, it is possible. When we arrived at the place, we were told only 2h. Why didn't you tell this when we call for reservation. The waiters are not aware of disturbing us quite often. Asking several questions for no reason like the city that I come from. Also making quite rude jokes. Maybe they were feeling closer because both of us can speak Turkish. But I am not there to listen teenaged jokes. After 2h, the lady came twice to warn us to leave but waiters insisted on doing dry ice show even we asked them not to do any show. Apart from the service, meat quality is average. We asked them to cook it for us, cooking and tastes were good enough but still super overpriced. Side dishes were half size of it compare to our previous visits. Salad was not so fresh, maybe it is because of winter season. We've paid around 300€ for 4 people even though they were trying to sell more stuff like saying you didn't eat too much or this portion is so small for you. I also didn't get why they wanted to clean the table so early while we were drinking Rakı, it fits best with some side dishes. Once the table is clean, even most of the rakı glasses were half full. He offered hot tea. That means, please leave from table if you are done in most of cultures. While there is a background music and a street singer walked in, he started to sing very loud and next to us. I don't want to judge him but having 20-25 minutes extra loud voice next to me was interruption for our conversation with friends. Overall, high expectations by the prices but low quality of service and mid quality of food. Instead of this place, just visit any Block House. 4 pieces of lamb chops couldn't be 26.2€ for any reason. Sorry for my words but this is what it is. I hope you guys could improve the service and we would like to visit again. Last time, owner of resturant came to our table and asked our feedback and we had a nice chat with him. Read moreA nice looking place and the menus are on a tablet to choose. You have the option to use the grill in the table or the kitchen to cook your steak. For me, the steak has to be the star of the show, but unfortunately we were disappointed. We both ordered rump steak, medium and medium rare. Everything was presented very well, however the steaks were very thin, approximately 8 or 9 mm..and both over cooked to well done. I suppose you cannot cook something this thin any other way. At a cost of €37 per steak, this was a huge disappointment. When I complained to the waiter, probably the boss , he said next time I should ask for a bigger steak. At €37 and a picture on the tablet of a thick rump, that's what I expected. I felt we were scammed here with over priced, and undelivered food. On another note, the hostess could use deodorant, nobody likes to smell body odour from staff in a restaurant. I'd give this place a miss to be honest. There's something amiss with this lot....

Regarding the restaurant and the food; the atmosphere was great and the waiters were very nice. The meat was also very good, but I'm not a fan of cooking my own food (you get raw meat you cook yourself at the table), that's the only reason they don't get a 5. I made a reservation at THE MEAT through Quandoo for 16 persons this last Friday, which we attended. On Sunday THE MEAT claim I wasn't there, through Quandoo, and charge me 192 € for not showing up...
