Replaced an item in my order without telling me, then claimed it was what I asked for, only “remembering” after I showed them the original order that they had run out and thought a substitution without informing me was fine. Probably sensible to not eat from unmasked food prep people anyway. If they don’t take basic health precautions I can’t imagine they wash their hands often enough. I see from your reply that you have not accurately characterised what happened.. I did wait for your explanation. as the review made clear. Perhaps you should re-read it. When you told me it was a deliberate change, not simply a mistake, was when I left it. I can accept a mistake, but I won't accept poor service. You don't make a change and tell a customer. Food Quality: amazing authentic Italian style food. Everything was delicious and very fresh. Pizza dough is thick and fluffy.

Portions: very big slices of pizza. The thick fluffy dough will fill you up for sure. You can always have a cannoli for dessert to finish off the meal perfectly.

Drinks: quite a few options. Even some local soft drinks that are not normally found around Berlin.

Price: $ very very decent prices for the delicious food served.

Service: amazing friendly people running the place and smiling all the time.

Atmosphere: cozy and very friendly

Highlights: best place to have authentic quick Italian food. And best place to have a Cannoli.
