Vedang - Smashburger — Restaurant in Berlin

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Vedang, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience! The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the burger – a culinary masterpiece that left my taste buds dancing with joy.

From the moment I took my first bite, I knew I was in for something special. The burger was cooked to perfection, with a juicy, flavorful patty that was charred to just the right degree. It was evident that the ingredients used were of the highest quality, making each element of the burger stand out.

The bun was soft and fresh, providing the perfect canvas for the burger's contents. The toppings were not only generous but also incredibly well-balanced. The lettuce was crisp, the tomatoes were ripe and bursting with flavor, and the cheese was beautifully melted over the patty. The combination of textures and flavors was nothing short of...

I like this vegan fast food restaurant and have been several times, but today I bought the Beyond Burger and was given an immitadtion patty on my burger. I eat Beyond Meat burgers 2-3 a week including at home and know the taste and texture and this was missing the beyond taste and beyond texture… tasted more like the burger king plant based patty. I dont know if it was mistake or done on purpose, but if I pay for Beyond Meat, I want to eat Beyond. I also have a problem that fast food for 2x people costs 39€ (2x burgers, 1x menu with fries, 2x drinks, 9er Nuggets… Plantbased won’t make mainstream if the prices are more expensive than meat products. I understand why but then there needs to be meal deals or something to help...

Vedang is a chain I've liked the last time I was in Berlin and some years later, I'm still happy about the taste. There are several burgers to choose from: Sometimes, the patty varies, sometimes only the sauce is different. It's a simple concept, but basic, good taste.

The bread is super soft (almost like brioche) and sauce is used generously. The brown-colored patty is juicy, while the "chicken" patty is crispy.

The burger menu seems to be the best price-value offer. I was very full after one burger plus a large portion of fries.
