Edit vom 05.09.2025: Meine Rezension bezieht sich auf meine Erfahrungen in den Jahren 2022 u. 2023 im Blue Nordic Café im Gemeinschaftshaus der Nordischen Botschaften in der Rauchstraße in Berlin. Mittlerweile gibt es durch den Tod des Inhabers eine Nachfolgerin. Das Café wurde dabei auch umbenannt. Hier also die Rezension für das Blue Nordic Café (für Dich ANDERS!): Was für ein schöner Ort mitten in der Großstadt. Dieses kleine von den Inhabern geführte skandinavische Café befindet sich im Gemeinschaftshaus der Nordischen Botschaften von Berlin, am Fuße des Tiergartens. Dort finden oft Ausstellungen statt und spätestens dann sollte man dieses schöne Café unbedingt besuchen. Es ist ein modernes Café mit skandinavischem Flair und einer großartigen Qualität. Ich fühlte mich dort sofort wohl. Es gibt im Inneren und auf einer großen Terrasse ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten. Die gesamte Einrichtung ist jetzt schon sehr ansprechend in einer minimalistischen Designsprache. Es sollen noch Designermöbel - natürlich aus Schweden -hinzukommen, die man auch käuflich erwerben kann. In der modernen Theke werden leckere schwedische Originale angeboten, z.B. warme Zimtschnecken, Kekse und Getränke schwedischer Hersteller. Ein Wohlfühlort zum Runterkommen … oder auch arbeiten. Ich sehe mich schon mit meinem Notebook auf der Terrasse sitzen und eine schönen Cappuccino dabei genießen... Die Café-Inhaberin ist auch Original Schwedisch, also authentischer kann ein Café nicht sein. Und die hat einen sehr sehr angenehmen zurückhaltenden Charme und wird hoffentlich viel Erfolg haben. What a beautiful place in the middle of the big city. This small Scandinavian café, run by the owners, is located in the community centre of the Nordic Embassies of Berlin, at the foot of the Tiergarten. Exhibitions often take place there and at the latest then you should definitely visit this beautiful café. It is a modern café with Scandinavian flair and great quality. I immediately felt comfortable there. There is plenty of seating inside and on a large terrace. The entire interior is already very appealing in a minimalist design language. Designer furniture - of course from Sweden - is to be added, which can also be purchased. The modern counter offers delicious Swedish originals, e.g. warm cinnamon rolls, cookies and drinks from Swedish manufacturers. A place of well-being to come down ... or even work. I already see myself sitting on the terrace with my notebook and enjoying a nice cappuccino... The café owner is also original Swedish, so a café can't be more authentic. And it has a very pleasant reserved charm and will hopefully succeed. Happy opening...

Desperately needed a coffee and found this gem by chance. It’s a Scandinavian style cafe located inside the Nordic Embassy (your bags will be searched by a member of staff prior to entering). Easily the best coffee I’ve had during my stay in Berlin. Visited the cafe twice and have tried 2x different toasties and 3x different cakes/ sweets - everything was lush! Completely overwhelmed and untrained barista. Began by steaming the milk, then started to toast a sandwich, then took an order, then pulled espresso shot, then poured the now cold milk into the coffee.
