Awful customer service, from staff that look like they chomp on lemons all day. Serious attitude problems.

I ordered a Moscow Mule, which tasted awful. I politely asked if I could swap it - the bar lady was rude back, saying that because I had tasted it it couldn't be returned. I said fine, I'd just pay for another drink. She then spoke to a colleague, then begrudgingly changed her mind and made me one.

When she brought it over I said a genuine thank you, but she completely blanked me, like a 5 year old in a sulk.
