McDonald's Restaurant — Restaurant in Bonn

Very bad experience as I ordered by mc Donald’s app and paid online by paypal and at the counter they told me the payment is not there and I have to pay in the restaurant which I paid in the restaurant and then I was charged by the app as online order and also in the restaurant for the same order. When I asked for the manager they said manager comes at the closing so later I called and manager is not there, I left my name and number also no oke called and even when I called the restaurant and even later when I went to the restaurant the manager is not there. I wrote an email to Mc Donalds and the answer was sorry they are just got the name from us and you have to check with the restaurant which git me to no where and they took my money twice. Even the staff in the restaurant are not even helpful and they say sorry we can not do anything. It is a really disaster to get paid for one order twice and no one taking the responsibility for it. Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, Mein sohn war heute mittag in der Filiale und hat über den digital terminal bestellt und mit ec. Karte bezahlt. Nach dem die Dame an der Ausgabe das essen rausgab, hatte mein Sohn festgestellt das die Burger kalt und hart waren. Ganz zu schweigen von der Fanta die keine Kohlen Säure mehr hatte und nach nichts geschmeckt hat. Die ware wurde reklamiert, daraufhin hat er neues Essen bekommen was aber leider auch mit hoher Wahrscheinlichkeit ewig unter der Wärme Lampe lag.

Daraufhin hat mein Sohn das essen wieder reklamiert, als Antwort von der Dame an der Ausgabe kam "was ist den jetzt wieder mit dem bigmac? " Geantwortet hat er es ist leider wieder kalt und hart. Darauf holte die Dame den Filialleiter, als der Herr dann aus sein Büro geschossen kam ging es richtig los. Die Dame Fummelte an sein burger herum nahm das obere Brot runter und belehrte mein Kind mit "guck soch es ist nicht kalt" und der Filialleiter statt zu schlichten und die Sache zu klären machte nich mit und wurde auch noch unfreundlich, und meinte nach dem die beiden fertig waren mit dem Burger auseinander zu nehmen ohne Handschuhe, "Willst du das noch haben oder nicht?" Mein Sohn verneinte das natürlich und sagte ich möchte mein Geld zurück oder ein frischen Burger.

Der Filialleiter meinte "dein Geld kriegst du nicht zurück! Und jetzt verlass den Laden"! Als mein Sohn darauf beharrte sein Geld zurück zu bekommen rief der Filialleiter die Polizei. Sie haben dann mein Sohn hinaus begleitet. Der Filialleiter erteilte mein Sohn noch Hausverbot. Jetzt stehen wir da ohne Essen und ohne Geld.

So was ist mir noch nicht im mein ganzen Leben unter gekommen. Unterste Schublade, unprofessionell, unfreundlich, aggressiv, und kunden-desorientiert.

Wenn ich mir mal die Rezensionen der anderen Kunden durchlese wundert mich das aber kein Stück.

Mc Donalds ist eine Welt Marke, wir essen immer total gerne bei euch.

Aber dieser Laden ist unter aller Kanone.

Wir werden und natürlich auch an das System Management wenden.

Nice restaurant, quite clean inside. Service was fast even though it was a weekend and there were surprisingly few visitors. Spoils the overall impression and mood of the fact that when issuing an order, employees take the check with the order! How then can you prove something if something happens?
