Trattoria La Riviera — Restaurant in Bonn

A big disappointment! The menu is a bit boring (same-old, same-old, food tastes OK, the pizzas small) but prices are OK. Yet the fact that this place stopped delivery is just a big shame! During CoVid times begging to be supported in order not to go out of business and now, when business is good again, there is no need to provide this service anymore even though calling in and picking up yourself is still possible. Consequently, you park the car illegally and wait outside in the rain looking at the sign promising orders for take out and delivery (they didn't bother to take it down) ... Come the 4th CoVid wave, I will not bother ordering delivery as I feel a bit cheated out of my support and loyalty as a customer... Payment by credit card is...

This used to be my favorite Italian restaurant in Bonn but I went there yesterday and everything got so much worse. I felt shame after taking my friends there. It's almost like they changed the whole staff??

My friend ordered a Pizza marguerita and it looked like frozen pizza from the supermarket. I ordered tortellini ragu and it was like it came directly from a plastic bag, clearly not home made, and with tasteless ragu. The waitress was completely lost, she dropped forks, bumped into me, dropped the menu and brought us the check of the another table. And the cherry on top, they still do not accept payments by card (only EC karte). Common, we are...

Great choices intended for a special occasion, plenty of choices on the menu and everything tasted of the best quality. My sis And I really appreciated the friendliness of the waiter. Nice food at a decent price, my sister and I like it here. Very good service from enjoyable staff, were seated fairly quickly. Wasn't sure what to be expecting but food here was wonderful, lots to select from and fantastic...
