Note: this place is inside the mall. Not easily accessible unless you plan to visit the mall. Also parking was expensive. 3euro for one hour. With that said I visited for the breakfast and ended up buying the buffet. I really wanted to try the pancakes and they did not disappoint. The buffet is ok, nothing special but unlimited pancakes and coffee is nice, although probably on the expensive side. My waitress wasn’t very attentive. I got my coffee well after the food arrived. I was there with my daughter for the first time. I chose the BBQ burger and my daughter took the Cheeseburger. We also took fries plus ketchup and mayonnaise on the side and we took drinks of course. It's the worst burger we've ever eaten, especially the cheese it tasted like plastic, the fries were hard and not fresh at all. The meat was not good. Zutiefst enttäuscht. Natürlich kann man mal einen schlechten Tag haben, aber das gesamte Team am 9.3.18 war einfach nur schlecht. Wenn andere Gäste 5min nach mir kommen, sich eine Tischreihe weiter setzen und vor mir bestellen dürfen, dann ist das “okey“. Immerhin saßen sie näher am Personal. Wenn ich dann aber bestellen darf, wenn sie die beiden Teller der vorher genannten Gäste bringt, ist das eher nicht so okey. Ganz ehrlich, ich habe es nicht eilig, wenn ich essen gehe, weshalb mich das genervte Rufen wiederum anderer Gäste von der anderen Seite nach der Rechnung empört hat. Wer im Lokal sitzt und speist hat nun mal auch Zeit mitzubringen. Nachdem ich meinen Burger bestellen durfte, kam dieser auch in windeseile an. Nach einigen Bissen wird schnell klar, warum das so fix ging: roher Patty in der Mitte, kalte und nicht ganz gare Pommes waren kein Gaumenschmaus. Es muss doch nicht immer alles schnell, schnell gehen! Kaum die Bedienung angesprochen, wurde mir ein neuer Angeboten. Zu meinem eigenen Bedauern lehnte ich diesen ab und bat darum, den Patty einfach nur noch ein mal anzubraten. Denn was dann wiederkam, war ein fühlbar heißer Teller, der in der Mikrowelle erhitzt wurde. Kein Beinbruch, dachte ich mir, bis ich den noch pinken Burger sah. Die Bedienung hat trotzdem ihr Trinkgeld bekommen. Wer auch immer mir diesen Burger gemacht hat, ist mir eine schriftliche Entschudigung schuldig.
