We had a splendid evening, thank you! This is exactly the type of dinner you need after a long working day to re-energize and to take the long day off yourself. The food was absolutely delicious. Fresh made and served starters (Gyoza !!) sauces mixed to perfection, the sushi was fresh and very nicely arranged. The Bun Bo was very well marinated, served on fresh and crisp cut salad. Valentinstag mit Geschmacksexplosionen (im wahrsten Sinne)

Romantik lag in der Luft – oder war es der Duft von Frittierfett? Egal. Wir betraten das „Asian Fusion“-Restaurant mit gemischten Gefühlen und wurden nicht enttäuscht: Die Mischung war wirklich wild. Ein bisschen Vietnam, ein Hauch Thailand, ein Schuss Sushi – quasi der internationale Flughafen unter den Restaurants.

Deko: Ein Traum in Rot. Herzballons so akkurat aneinandergereiht, dass selbst ein Schwarm Gänse neidisch wäre. Fast zu schön, um wahr zu sein. (Spoiler: Das Essen war es leider nicht.)

Vorspeise: Knusprige Hummerkrabben, die vermutlich eine Zeitreise aus dem Tiefkühlregal eines Asiamarktes hinter sich hatten. Wer braucht schon Frische, wenn man Nostalgie schmecken kann?

Hauptgericht: Ente. Fettig. Salzig. Ein kulinarischer Gruß von meinem Magen, der sich prompt beschwerte. Dazu eine Prise „nächtlicher Brand“ für das volle Erlebnis. Reis? Mangelware. Gemüse? Standard. Leidenschaft? Abwesend.

Service: Freundlich. Fast schon zu freundlich – als wollten sie sich für das Essen entschuldigen.

Sanitäre Anlagen: Gemeinschaftsklo. Für alle, die sich nach dem Essen noch näherkommen möchten.

Zahlung: Nur Bar oder EC. Kreditkarten nicht erwünscht – wahrscheinlich aus Solidarität mit der Ente, die ja auch nicht richtig durchgezogen war.

Fazit: Ein Abend voller Überraschungen. Nicht alle waren gut. 5/10 – für die Wissenschaft. Würde ich es wieder tun? Nein. Würde ich darüber...
