Disappointing Experience at Chin Burger

I recently visited Chin Burger in Cologne, having heard a lot about its distinctive flavors and was looking forward to a delightful meal. However, the reality fell much short of expectations. The service left a lot to be desired; it took a considerable amount of time before we were attended to, despite the restaurant not being crowded. Even after placing our order, the waiting period extended well beyond what we were initially told.

Furthermore, there was a noticeable lack of accuracy in the information provided on the menu regarding ingredients, which created a confusion. This level of oversight can potentially be dangerous for individuals with certain allergies or dietary limitations.

While the ambiance of Chin Burger was pleasant, the dissatisfaction from the service and inaccurate information provided significantly tarnished the dining experience. It's unfortunate, but I find myself unable to recommend Chin Burger, Cologne based on...

The noodles there are delicious. But be careful with the BBQ. I ordered two skewers of chicken wings which I expected for long time (it’s fresh bbq so takes longer, I have no problem with that at all) , but when I got it only found out that it’s already rotten, for sure it’s for long time..Wanted directly to puke and even couldn’t be able to finish my noodle. They asked me whether I wanted to change the food after I told them I was not able to continue eating anymore with the disgusting taste in my stomach. And then they asked whether they should cancel the wings for me then. Sorry, is this for real? Otherwise what? I am also working in catering industry and usually always very understanding. But I was really a bit pissed so I said of course you have to cancel it then. I’m not going to pay for rotten food. The waitress said in the end:” please pay the noodles then. Very terrible experience. Will not go again and also stop recommending it to my friends...

The service is bad, the waitress just waited for the customer to make orders themselves without giving visible instructions, unless they sat there for too long. Me and my friend just tried the noodles, so I don't know how the other foods are, but the noodles are pretty bad imho. There are barely any toppings, mostly just noodles, the noodle soup was rather salty and bland at the same time, the mixed noodles weren't so spicy but I got burning stomach from it for the last two days now. Other than that, the atmosphere is a mixture of german bar + pub + chinese restaurant. So all in all, it's not good for food, customer service nor check-in.

Update: just went to the doctor and it turns out I got stomach infection. There's high chance that the food or water here is contaminated with bacteria, thus...
