Asked the waitress if there was anything gluten free as I'm coeliac. she pointed out a fruit breakfast. I asked again if that was gluten free and she said yes. I had a spoon of it and released that it was oats. I asked again if it was gluten free and at the 3rd attempt she says that she needs to check the allergy book. she does and can't find it. she calls her manager to confirm. no response. then she asks me if the oats are usually gluten free and I said no.... I had to rush out and run to a pharmacy to start with (spend euro 20 on medicines) and then hospital as I was having cramps and feeling unwell.

All you need in a business trip.

the worse part is that I went back at the cafe' and asked them to refund at least the pharmacy cost (and apologise) and they asked me to send a mail. 2 days passed and they didn't even respond to my mails (the mail send via facebook is been viewed) neither asked me how I feel. Sad as I'm not looking into how to take this further to avoid them making the same mistake again...

Pros: The cappuccino was delicious. The option to browse and choose your favorite cake inside the cafe was enjoyable.

Cons: We experienced extended waiting times and had to request the bill from the waiter multiple times, despite the low number of patrons. We handled the bill ourselves at the cafe. Upon reviewing the bill, we noticed additional dishes that we hadn't ordered. Fortunately, after bringing it to their attention, we received a refund for those items.

Eine Freundin und ich waren am Freitag Vormittag mit einem Kinderwagen im Café. Es waren noch mehrere Tische am Gang frei und ein Tisch, an dem keine Gäste saßen, sondern lediglich eine Frau die Inhalte ihrer Tasche ausgebreitet hatte. Als wir nett gefragt haben, ob es okay sei, dass wir uns an einen der Tische am Gang setzen, wurde das von einer Mitarbeiterin schon eher unwillig benickt. Da ich das Gefühl hatte, dass es ihr nicht passte, habe ich gefragt ob es ein Problem sei an dem Kinderwagen vorbeikzukommen und dass wir uns auch an den anderen Tisch setzen könnten und habe zu dem Tisch gezeigt, auf dem die Sachen der Frau lagen, an dem aber niemand saß. Die Mitarbeiterin sagte uns dann, dass es egal sei, wohin wir uns setzen würden, wir würden halt „überall stören“. Als wir uns perplex anschauten, schlug sie dann noch vor, das Kind ans andere Ende des Raums in eine Ecke unter die Garderobe zu schieben. Ich könne ja vom weiten den Kinderwagen dann noch im Blick behalten. Wir haben uns dann entschieden den Laden zu verlassen und ins Café Goldzeit (direkt ums Eck) zu gehen, wo wir sehr sehr nett begrüßt und behandelt worden sind.
