Grissini Restaurant & Terrasse — Restaurant in Cologne

Can I give this restaurant a 1000/10 ?? YES. That’s how amazing this place and the food was.

Craving Italian food, stumbled upon this gem in Cologne. We called ahead and secured a reservation for ourselves.

What we had: Pulpo Vitello Pane Paccheri Filetspitzen Spaghetti Truffel Tiramisu

For wine we chose the Sauvignon Blanc Mantele.

When I say that this place exceeded all my expectations of Italian food, I ain’t joking. And I also tried Veal and Octopus for the first time.

So let’s start with starters, Pulpo is a dish made with tender octopus and Vitello Pane is made with tender veal wrapped with bread. These two dishes were absolutely delicious. I don’t think I can describe it better than that.

As for the mains, we had pasta and I am gonna say that this was the best pasta I had. The creamiest, with extra cheese, beef tips - it was absolute heaven.

I sincerely ask everyone to have their Tiramisu. Just have it!!

And do I even have to comment on the wine? I don’t think so.

The service was by far the best service I’ve ever had. The waiter was so kind and meticulous, he gave a great food recommendation above to pair with our wine, was patient enough as we had come in late towards the kitchen closing time and also didn’t hurry me as I was taking my time in savouring the best meal of my life. The staff is very friendly, the place has the best vibe & atmosphere and the view of the river is the cherry on top.

Ok, so here is an honest feedback I travel a lot, and usually visit lots of restaurants while traveling Yesterday, my family and I decided to try Grissini restaurant köln. To be honest, it was an amazing experience :) The food was excellent, the atmosphere was very pleasant, but the most amazing thing was the professional team at Grissini restaurant 💝💝💝 The team is Extremely professional, friendly, and they have lots of positive energy (even though it was late, and they had a long day, but the smiles and cheerful characters were all over the place by their team) which added more pleasure to our experience with them

I would like to thank them all for adding such a delightful moments to our evening at their restaurant

I would definitely like to go there again, and highly recommend other guests to try Grissini Köln .. you will definitely love...

I recently had a business dinner with my company at this restaurant and was very impressed with the overall experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by a young woman who was not only very professional and polite, but also spoke excellent Italian, which made us feel immediately at ease. Throughout the rest of the evening, we were served by a waiter whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch, but I would like to commend him for his outstanding courtesy and professionalism. He carried out his work impeccably, with great attention to detail and discretion, contributing to a smooth and pleasant dining experience. The quality of service we received truly elevated the evening and made it even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this restaurant, both for business occasions and more informal gatherings.
