One of the Best Pizzas I’ve Ever Tried

Recently I moved from Barcelona to Cologne and I’ve been on the lookout for exceptional pizza. After exploring several options, I discovered this place.

The Diavola pizza here is exceptional. The crust is the perfect balance of crispy and chewy, providing an excellent base for the toppings. The spicy salami adds just the right amount of heat, perfectly complemented by the rich tomato sauce and creamy mozzarella. Each bite is a symphony of flavors and textures, making this pizza one of the best I’ve ever had.

The only pizza that comes close is from a well-known pizzeria in Venice, which speaks volumes about the quality and authenticity of this place. This establishment has set a new standard for pizza in Cologne.

The staff is really friendly and makes you feel welcome.

The Pizza was 9 € was fair enough for the price. Service was very good but the ingredients were low quality. Still: Worth a try!

Dough: Well baked, nice and light, crispy but not too dry. Though it lacked the deep aroma of fermentation. Sauce: little sauce but pretty decent. Could be brighter though Cheese: A bit too tough and low quality and a bit bland.

Condiments/Oil: Decent but no high quality olive oil used for Garlic/Chilli oil. The chilli oil was very good though! One of the best I had in restaurants. Not too spicy but very well rounded.
