Good coffee but the girl in charge wasn’t friendly at all.

I saw your reply but don’t know why I can’t reply to it so decided to add my reply here.

I completely understand and respect the policy of not bringing outside food or drinks into a café. However, I believe this could have been communicated in a more courteous and professional manner. We did order coffee from your café — which, to be fair, was genuinely good — and the only outside items were a small piece of chocolate and a sip of water I had with me.

A polite reminder would have been entirely sufficient and would have helped preserve a more positive experience. Respect is indeed important, and it should be mutual. The manner in which this was handled came across as unnecessarily harsh and unwelcoming.

Only after leaving the café did I read through other reviews, and it appears I’m not alone in perceiving the attitude of the staff as unfriendly and at times rude. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as the atmosphere of a place is just as important as the quality of...

The girl in charge was extremely rude and unhelpful. She did not provide correct instructions nor warnings regarding the use of the salt play room, making its use dangerous for a 2 month old baby. Because of that, the baby wasn't able to stay in the room after 5 minutes, but she still forced my friend to pay the full 13€. She was unkind, disrespectfully and had her earphones on the whole time. Also, the cafe is not really prepared to bring in kids. It is small and has very tiny corner with some toys, but it is so small only one baby can be there at a time. (+) Tolles Konzept, mit schönem Laden und sehr freundlicher Besitzerin Umre. Guten Getränkeauswahl und leckeres Essen. Man muss für den Salzraum nicht reservieren. Auf Anfragen z.B. per WhatsApp, Telefonat und Instagram wird schnell geantwortet. Das Inhalieren ist super, bin als erste gekommen, weil ich möglichst alles sauber haben wollte.

(-) Leider mangelt es mir an der Sauberkeit. Das Bad war an meinem Tag wirklich unschön und damit meine ich insbesondere die Wickelecke und den Putzbereich der offen einsehbar war, als ich das Bad betreten hab. Ich war die erste im Laden und dann sollte man davon ausgehen, dass alles sauber ist. Schade ist das im Salzraum die Steckdosen sehr präsent sind. Sie sind gesichert. Man könnte einfach die Möbel umstellen und hätte die Steckdosen verdeckt. Nachdem Aufenthalt im Salzraum, war es nicht sauberer im Bad. Hätte ja sein können, dass dann noch gereinigt wird. Die Wickelauflage aus Frottee war stark beschmutzt. Darauf lagen zerknüllt noch zwei einmal Auflagen. Im Salzraum sind auch einige lange dunkele Haare und Fussel im Salz sehr präsent. Bleibt sicher nicht aus . Die Bodenschutzmatte im Kaffee könnte auch ne Runde in die Waschmaschine. Vielleicht können die Kinder hier auf Socken spielen, wenn die Ecke sauber ist? Allerdings ist der Fliesenboden im Cafe kalt. Was ich nicht so schön finde sind die Kleinteile die sicher mal zu anderem Spielzeug gehörte, sowohl im Salzraum, als auch im Spielbereich.
