Mini-China-Town Phở Düsseldorf — Restaurant in Dusseldorf

So Dirty and Rude!! In the middle of eating with my friend the head cook took all sauces take away without any comment with the curt face and gave to another table. So we are uncomfortable so I just kindly asked her why she took it away without any comment, then all of sudden she was furious to me and she insisted that we was already finished with our food because she took it as always she has done and other customers need also sauces. The old waitress who looks like its owner came and helped the cook to insult me together. I was just going to be a person who don't care any other person and a egoist. She was just angry without any explain so I had to argue with her a couple of minutes..I just didn't understand why it was too difficult to them their customer was finished with their dish or not. Because there was clearly enough food on the table. Even if I sad her we have not finished but she insisted that we finished...It was just waste of time to talk with her...I just gave up argue with the two very rude women..and as I just wanted to pay and leave... she said to us 'Get OUT OF HERE!' : -) in German. WOW! What a pleasant restaurant it is! It is your choice to go there or not, but there are better vietnamese restaurants in Düsseldorf with the correct business name. (MINI CHINA TOWN?? COME ON...SIRIOUSLY??) It was really exhausted experience in the restaurant...

I used to eat here regularly. At least once a week since I worked close by. Though overall staff were friendly some of them were kind of strange and lacking in customer service. The price of the noodle box went up drastically and over time the food and restaurant lost much of its taste and appeal respectively. I have eaten there again recently, but the noodle box tastes very bland and costs more money. So overall I vowed I wouldn’t return and I didn’t. Very basic restaurant with variety of options. We went on Saturday for dinner n it was busy. We waited for a long time to give order, n then finally called the staff ourselves to take order. After telling specifically, dish was given incorrect. We ordered both vegetarian and non vegetarian. Some dishes lacked flavour. Some were good.

Really difficult to make them understand the options with main dish. Not sure if it was language barrier or they...
