NEBU Sushi & More — Restaurant in Dusseldorf

NEBU is a new restaurant in Pempelfort. We have found this place through NeoTaste. We have ordered the Grilled salmon bowl with avocado salad which costs 16€. The food took a bit longer than we expected since there was only one other table there. The bowl was tasty but for the price there was not much salmon in our bowl. The avocado salad was really nice. They serve this dish with sushi rice underneath. I thought it would taste a little fresher with some salat in it too. The location is okay for a quick lunch/dinner. Unfortunately the ventilation is not that great since we smelled a lot after our visit there. They have lunch offers and their sushi looks really nice. Would come back in a few month to try it...

Essen ist ok, das was einem als wasabi verkauft wird ist aber das schlechteste was ich je probiert habe. Komplett geschmacklos und 0,0 scharf.

Edit: statt sich einzugestehen, dass man billig angerührtes Pulver verkauft hält man seine Kunden anscheinend für naiv genug, um ihnen Märchen zu erzählen. Wie zb dass wasabi überhaupt nicht scharf ist. Wollt ihr damit andeuten dass das was ihr ausliefert echter wasabi ist? Wie kann es dann sein dass ein Schälchen 50 Cent kostet? Euer angerührtes Pulver und der Reis der offenbar von gestern war- anders kann ich mir nicht erklären wieso der so trocken und bissfest war- reichen leider nicht für eine bessere Bewertung. Erst wird mein Geschmack und dann meine Zurechnungsfähigkeit infrage gestellt, das ist schon wirklich faszinierend mit welcher Inbrunst man sich davor wehrt, sich wirklich mit Kritik auseinanderzusetzen. Inwieweit solche Inhaber zurechnungsfähig sind kann dann jeder für sich entscheiden. Ich bin nicht verpflichtet, hier meinen Klarnamen anzugeben. Wenn sie den Fakt, dass ich ein unzufriedener Kunde bin, der auch tatsächlich bei ihnen bestellt hat in Frage stellen, können sie gerne ihren Anwalt mit der Löschung beauftragen. Dann werde ich Google gerne meinen Kaufbeleg zukommen lassen. Schade, dass man derart kindisch auf normal formulierte Kritik reagiert, Professionalität strahlt das...
