Food was alright, nothing to write home about but a slight step up from McDonald's.

I went to this restaurant specifically because they had an English menu but the waitresses did not understand a word of it. Each time I spoke to them they replied in German first, I had to explain that I don't understand German, and then they replied back in German! At least they were decently fast with taking orders.

The atmosphere was even worse, the music hissed constantly and popped every few minutes. The chairs are way too small for a person over 6"1/185cm making it seem like I was sitting in a children chair, the absolute worst part was the near constant delivery drivers picking up orders, going through the restaurant, throwing their bags around and watching loud videos on their phone while waiting. Absolutely do not eat inside.

I recently moved to the neighborhood and was initially ecstatic to have this restaurant so close to my apartment. The menu looks awesome and the vibe in the locale is very promising. My first experience wasn't so good. Found the patty dry and uninviting. I didn't write a review right away thinking it was just a fluke so I waited to give it another try. The second time around I explicitly asked for the burger to be cooked medium rare. I made a point to emphasize it to the waitress. The result: another overcooked, leathery meat patty. I don't get why. I don't believe that the meat quality is so low that they need to overcook the burgers due to health concerns. So why? The toppings and sauces are quite excellent. „Bullen Burger“ – Der Klassiker mit saftigem Rindfleisch, schmelzendem Cheddar und einer hausgemachten Rauch-Sauce, die nach mehr schreit.

„Bacon B Burger“ – Ein Hoch auf den Bacon! Doppelt belegt, knusprig gebraten und mit einer würzigen BBQ-Creme, die perfekt zum Retro-Flair passt.
