Whenever I go, I go for the location and the cakes, both of which are good. The service, however, is miserable. The place is run by what seems to be students, who are not gastronoms at heart but, well, unorganized students. So far I have accepted that. Yesterday I changed my mind: I will not accept rude behavior. As I sat down the waiter slammed down a dirty ashtray on my table, which I asked her to remove. She denied this because the ashtray was mandatory table equipment and there to hold down the menu. "But the ashtray is dirty. At least bring me a clean one!" I said. "No," she replied "at this time of day they are all like that. It is just ash, one can't get rid of it." She left me speechless. I removed the ashtray to the next empty table.
